REWILD YOURSELF
You don't have to tame yourself to trust yourself.
Does this sound like you?
UNDERSTANDING THE SIGNS
YOU’RE WONDERING: “WHO MADE THE MAP I’M USING?”
You’ve been following the path you thought you were supposed to take. But the map you were handed isn’t leading you somewhere you actually want to go.
YOU’RE QUESTIONING IF YOU’RE “TOO MUCH.”
You’ve spent years trying to contain the parts of you that feel too big, too expansive, too unruly. You’re ready to stop taming them and loosen the reins a bit.
YOU’RE ACHING FOR THE YOUNGER YOU.
You miss the youthful part of you who was curious, adventurous, and willing to wander. You’re ready to let them play navigator again.
LET’S FIND A WAY BACK TO YOU
How I can help
01 MAP IT OUT:
Understand your inner landscape.
Through IFS-informed, values-based, and depth-oriented work, we’ll connect the dots between your past and present, uncover the forces that carved and shaped you, and create a personalized map of where you’re at and what your resources are.
02 START MOVING:
Navigate life with confidence.
Once you know your terrain, we’ll clarify your values, identify the patterns that keep you stuck, and explore new ways of responding that move you toward a life that’s big enough for all of you. One that doesn’t require you to leave parts of yourself behind.

How it Works
GUIDING YOU BACK TO BALANCE
I’ve always said my favorite clients are the ones who’ve been told they “feel too much” or “are too much.” The ones who’ve learned to second-guess themselves, keep parts of themselves contained, or look outside themselves for directions.
I love these clients because they get to experience something truly restorative: they get to rewild themselves.
I don’t think therapy is about taming the parts of us that feel inconvenient, intense, or unruly. I think it’s about becoming the kind of leader wild things feel safe following.
I’m a firm believer that therapy can be fun, heart-filled, and daring, and doesn’t need to fit a particular mold. In sessions with me, you can expect steadiness, honesty, and emotional capacity. You can show up as your whole, messy, complicated self. And if you’re worried it might run me off? Challenge accepted.
My door is open to you. Bring yourself to the table, and we’ll figure out the rest.
I can’t wait to meet you and all of your muchness!

The “too much” wound forms when your natural intensity—your emotions, excitement, or depth—has been met with rejection, shame, or misunderstanding. Over time, being told you’re “too much” can lead to self-doubt and a habit of taming your wildness out of fear of rejection.
Therapy helps you transform that shame into self-compassion, so you can show up authentically, harness your “muchness,” and stop shaping your expression around other people’s capacity to hold you.
-
Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) is an intense emotional response to perceived criticism, rejection, or disapproval, and can lead to rumination, anxiety, shame, and self-blame. RSD is different from social anxiety in that it occurs after a social interaction, rather than before/during.
RSD is especially common among people with ADHD, individuals who have experienced trauma, and those who’ve been repeatedly told they’re “too much,” “too sensitive,” or too emotionally intense.
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapy model that understands the mind as being made up of different “parts” that are all interacting with one another. Some parts are wounded while others are protective and reactive. Rather than labeling these parts as “bad,” IFS understands them as adaptations that developed in response to pain, trauma, or unmet needs.
As you get to know your parts and begin showing them more curiosity and compassion, things can start to feel less overwhelming inside. Over time, this model can help you develop a safer inner landscape and feel more connected to your sense of “Self.”

Being a trauma-informed therapist means understanding how trauma can shape a person’s emotions, nervous system, relationships, and sense of self long after the original experiences occurred. Trauma-informed therapy focuses on creating a safe and collaborative space that reduces the risk of re-traumatization in the therapy process.
Many people searching for trauma therapy in Texas, trauma-informed therapists online, or therapy for anxiety and trauma symptoms are looking for this kind of support—attuned, respectful, and centered on safety and trust.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in crisis settings for almost a decade. I supported survivors of sexual assault and online privacy violations at a victims’ rights law firm in New York City, and later worked in sexual violence prevention, suicide prevention, and crisis counseling in Austin, TX.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology and a Master’s degree in Social Work.

I’ve been told I’m “too much” for much of my life.
When I began working in mental health, I saw how many people like me didn’t relate to quiet, reserved, “blank-slate” therapists. They craved therapeutic connections where their emotionality, exuberance, and sensitivity were honored, celebrated, and even mirrored.
My goal is to offer therapy to people who exude emotional intensity and “muchness.” To provide a space where you don’t have to tame yourself, and you know that all parts of you are welcome from the start.

My fee is $140 per session. I am an out-of-network therapist and accept self-pay or HSA cards. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can send you a ‘superbill’ you can submit for potential reimbursement. I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee/sliding-scale slots in my caseload for clients who demonstrate financial need.

Virtual sessions are simple and meant to make therapy feel as accessible and comfortable as possible. Before our first session, I’ll send you a link to your secure client portal where you’ll complete your new client paperwork and find the link to your virtual appointment.
And if anything feels confusing or you run into hiccups in the process—I’m just a message away.
